Book: “Competition and Finance” (1996)
Competition and Finance: a Reinterpretation of Financial and Monetary Economics was originally published by Palgrave/Macmillan in 1996.
A Chinese language edition of Competition and Finance was published by China Renmin University Press in 2005.
A free e-version was published by the Cato Institute in July 2014. I am very grateful to Mark Calabria at Cato for making this available.
